Winter 2014-2015: I will be organizing as previous years, photo and adventure tours to the mountain jungle in the Andes in Bolivia. We will go on daily tours (possibility for night tours too) to top hot spots for butterflies.

Local transportation in ordinary passenger car / taxi, 1-2 hour drive from 2 hotels where we will be staying: Esmeraldas in Coroico (1700 m), and Jatata in Caranavi (700 m). We will focus on day-flying butterflies; but watching other fauna and flora can easily be combined on these locations.

Last day we drive on a day trip back to La Paz (3700 m) passing by a location Cumbre Pas at 4672 m, and staying one night at Hostal Naira in the center of the city, before returning home from the airport the next day.

Approx. price for three weeks 3100 € per. person incl. flight ticket currently at around 1460 € (from Copenhagen) with KLM via Amsterdam and Lima or Iberia via Madrid.

Currently we are 4 people (2 Danes and 2 Germans) + I travelling in December 2014, staying 3 to 5 weeks.

Two seats available in January 2015, with start December 29th or by agreement.

One person can join the group in December 2014 (from November 30th). I will pick you up in La Paz airport for transportation to one of the two hotels.
